Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. The Value Proposition: Why is my offer unique?

You offer a 2-week AI prototype without development fees. How is this model sustainable?

Yes, that's correct. The model is built on a mutual investment. During the two-week sprint, you invest the time of a subject-matter expert from your team, and I invest my AI development expertise. My goal is to build a powerful success case that demonstrates undeniable ROI, creating the foundation for a long-term partnership. It’s a shared commitment to a tangible result.

What is our required investment during the 2-week pilot?

Your direct investment is minimal and transparent. It consists of two key components:

  1. The time of a dedicated team member (approx. 1 hour a day) who deeply understands the problem.
  2. The direct AI API consumption costs, which are typically very low during the prototype phase. From day one, I give you access to a dashboard (using LangSmith) so you can see these costs in real-time. Zero surprises.

What happens if we're not convinced by the prototype after 2 weeks?

If the prototype doesn't demonstrate clear, measurable value at the end of the two weeks, our pilot engagement concludes with no further obligation. You will have gained valuable insights into how AI can address your specific problem, at a minimal investment. My confidence is in delivering a solution so compelling that continuing our partnership becomes the clear and logical next step.

Why should I opt for a custom solution instead of an existing SaaS?

SaaS products are great for generic problems. But if your "pain point" is in a unique, core business process, a custom solution is unbeatable. The advantages are clear:

  1. It Solves YOUR Exact Problem: You don't pay for features you don't use. The AI adapts to your workflow, not the other way around.
  2. Perfect Integration: The code is yours and connects with the tools you already use.
  3. Competitive Advantage: You automate something that makes you unique in the market.

2. The Process & Our Commitment: How do we work together?

What are the conditions and commitments to ensure the MVP's success in 2 weeks?

This is a crucial question because success depends on a real, focused partnership. To achieve extraordinary results in just 10 business days, both parties commit to the following:

  1. A Defined and Realistic Scope: Together, we scope the problem down to a specific, measurable goal that is achievable in two weeks.
  2. A Dedicated and Accessible Expert: From your side, the commitment of a "key resource" for ~2 hours a day for rapid validation and feedback is required. Without this, meeting the deadline is impossible.
  3. A Focus on the Goal, Not the Clock: This isn't about filling 10 days; it's about solving the challenge. If we finish early, great! The MVP phase concludes, and we can move forward sooner.

Is it realistic to build a functional AI solution in just two weeks?

Yes, and the key is a radical focus on speed. To achieve this, we concentrate on a single business problem and make pragmatic decisions (like developing in my infrastructure and prioritizing functionality over code perfection) to deliver tangible value in 10 business days.

In which infrastructure will the prototype be developed?

To ensure maximum agility, the initial prototype will be developed in my own cloud infrastructure. This allows us to start building from day one, without wasting valuable time on internal permission management or bureaucracy. Once the MVP proves its value, we plan the deployment to your own infrastructure.

What is the code quality like in such a fast-paced prototype?

The main goal of the MVP is to validate a business hypothesis, not to produce perfect code. The code will be functional and secure, but the priority is speed. We focus on making it "work" to demonstrate value. If the project moves forward, time will be planned in later stages for refactoring and optimization.

How do we measure the prototype's success?

Success is measurable. Before we start, we jointly define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These could be: time saved per task, reduction in errors, etc. The goal is that by the end of the 2 weeks, we have clear numbers that demonstrate the Return on Investment (ROI).

3. The Deliverable & Technology: What do you get?

What is the final, tangible deliverable after 2 weeks?

At the end of the sprint, the deliverable consists of two key components:

  1. A Powerful and Documented AI API: The "engine" of the solution, designed to be scalable and easily integrated into your future systems.
  2. A Private Testing Front-End: A simple web interface for your team to interact with and validate the AI from day one, without needing technical skills.

How can we test our different business flows and scenarios?

The testing front-end I build is dynamic. It allows for simulating complex scenarios by adding controls (menus, text fields) to define key variables before making a query. You will be able to validate that the AI understands your business logic in-depth for each context.

Can the prototype you build scale to production?

Yes. It's much more than a demo; it's version 1 of a real solution. The infrastructure I design is conceived to be 100% scalable. If the pilot is a success, we already have a solid foundation to take it to production.

Does the 2-week MVP include integration with platforms like WhatsApp or my CRM?

In this initial phase, no. The goal of the 2 weeks is to validate the core AI quickly. Complex integrations can take weeks and would distract from the main objective. However, the API I deliver is designed for easy integration in a Phase 2.

4. Data, Security & Ownership: Your assets are protected

Where does the AI get its knowledge to function?

The AI will learn from the information your company provides. You are the expert on your business. At the beginning, we will work together to identify and use your knowledge sources: internal documents, databases, FAQs, etc.

Do I need to have my data perfectly clean and structured to start?

Not at all. Many AI solutions are designed to work with real-world data, which is often messy. Part of our initial work is to understand your current data environment and build from there.

How do you handle the security and confidentiality of my data?

Security is the highest priority. Before we start, we always sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). I follow industry best practices to ensure that any sensitive data is handled securely.

Who owns the intellectual property (IP) of the code?

The answer is simple: You own the code. All the specific software developed for your business problem is your property. This is formalized in writing for your complete peace of mind.

5. Next Steps & Future Collaboration: How do we start?

What kind of companies and problems are ideal for this model?

My ideal partner is an established company with a clear "pain point": a manual, costly, and slow process that requires a person to read, understand, or classify information (support, document analysis, etc.). I look for companies with vision that value agility.

The MVP was a success. How do we continue, and what are the collaboration models?

My philosophy is that price is based on value and ROI, not hours. Once the MVP is finished, we define the next objective together, and I will present a custom proposal with one of these models:

  1. Fixed-Price Project: For a well-defined "Phase 2".
  2. Monthly Partnership Retainer: For continuous improvements and priority support.
  3. Performance-Based Partnership: My compensation can be tied to the measurable results generated by the AI.

I'm interested. What's the first step?

The first step is to complete a short form so I can understand your project and goals.
If it looks like a good fit for a 2-week MVP, we’ll schedule a 30-minute, no-commitment diagnostic call to discuss next steps.
